2018年,創辦人楊先生懷著對香港飲食文化的熱忱,在將軍澳屋邨創立第一間清湯腩小店。憑藉對食材的執著與對傳統風味的堅守,小店迅速贏得街坊口碑,成為區內的人氣食肆。
縱使新冠疫情重創飲食業,楊先生選擇逆市擴張,堅信香港人對地道清湯腩的情懷從未改變。時至今日,集團旗下經營多個品牌,分店遍佈香港島、九龍及新界各區,致力將香港獨有的飲食文化推廣至世界各地。
Founded in 2018, our very first shop opened in a Tseung Kwan O housing estate — a humble beginning rooted in passion for authentic Hong Kong flavours. Even through the challenges of the pandemic, We expanded against the tide. Today, the group operates multiple brands across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, proudly bringing the taste of Hong Kong to the world.
